This newly designed studio of 30m² is located on the 3rd floor walk up on Rue de La Ferronnerie in the 1st arrondissement.

When you enter the apartment, on the right you’ll access to the bathroom, further up the sleeping area on your right and a little further the living room.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, cable TV, DVD Player. The large windows bring a lot of lights, double glazed it offer very quiet nights.

The sleeping part is equipped with a large double bed for 2, curtains allows you to have a real separated sleeping area.

The kitchen is newly renovated, induction hotplates, oven, dishes, pots, pans, washing machine, coffee maker and all the utensils needed.

Bathroom with shower, wash-basin and restrooms.

Location : Downstairs, bars and restaurants, Les Halles are just around the corner as well as rue Montorgueil, another popular pedestrian street with supermarkets, small food stores. cafes and restaurants. Rue Etienne Marcel, with its fashion shops, is a two-minute walk away. The Marais and the Centre Pompidou (Museum of modern art) are also 2 steps away.

Closest métro : Chatelet-Les Halles metro station offers an easy ride to all parts of the city. Etienne Marcel (line 4) or Chatelet- Les Halles (RER A, B (to both airports), D + lines 1.4.7.11)
