Paris- If you want to experience Le Marais, The "Propriété Royale" located on rue St Paul is the address you want. This lovely 2 bedroom, 700 sq ft apartment offers a great location and impeccable comfort.

Located on the second American floor of a very nice and well maintained building, you'l find this apartment is nearby everything you would dream of having in your neighborhood... including metro, church, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants.

Bring the whole family, you can comfortably sleep up to six guests, two in one bedroom's queen size bed, two in two single beds in the second bedroom, and 2 two more in the luxurious hide-a-bed sofa (queen size and very comfortable). Stereo, TV, VCR, dining table, linen cupboard, DSL and telephone are included.

You'll love the real beams and a tomette tile floor. For those of you who are interested in the ultimate in a kitchen, there's an electric stove, multifunction microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric coffeepot, dishes, cutlery, and washer/dryer machine. The full bathroom has a bath, one sink, linen with cupboard and separate toilets which also have a sink. (The extra sink in the bathroom is very useful for the morning wash when 4 or more people are staying at the apartment.)

Available services include: free local telephone, free cleaning service. All charges included in the rate: electricity, heat, and taxes.. A 24 hour hot-line for needed assistance, mobile phone rental, reservations services, and travel services are also available.

The apartment is very close to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, Bastille, Ile St Louis, the Place des Vosges, and a few minutes away from most of Paris' center places by subway.

Located in downtown Paris, Le Marais was originally reclaimed to provide building space for the Right Bank. Nearby, the famous Place des Vosges was built by Henri IV at the beginning of the 17th century. The area is now the city's center of fashionable living. Architects and sculptors designed elegant mansions and hôtel particuliers with large courtyards and rear gardens during the 17th century. Now the Marais has been declared a historic neighborhood, and you can now find trendy boutiques, cafés, and museums in the district. The area's narrow streets, nevertheless, retain the stamp of a medieval village.
