Thursday lunchtimes, from 1pm till 2: no charge
Thursday evenings, from 8pm till 9.30: suggested donation 10 €
Some Saturdays, from 4pm till 5.30:
suggested donation 10 €

We teach two traditional Buddhist practices of meditation; the mindfulness of breathing and the metta bhavana. All events are in French but we can also teach in English.
