Postgrad researching in the archives in Lyon. Female, non-smoker, good references from UK & Irish landlords. Not really fussy but would like a clean studio/ small apartment as central as possible (good for saving on bus & metro fares). Would also like fairly good central heating (I hear it can get rather cold in the winter.) Price can be negotiable depending on circumstances. Would also consider a flat-share.
