Forming part of a tiny rural hamlet midway betweeen the towns of Bergerac and Perigueux in the southern Dordogne, the cottage is close to a village with bakery, bar/restaurant and a Post Office and surrounded by woodland and farmland ideal for rambling and mountain biking. Not far away are ancient golden stone villages to explore and some of the most famous vineyards in SW France - Monbazillac, Pecharmant and Bergerac AOC, Ste Emilion, Entre deux Mers, and just an hour away are the world famous vineyards of the Medoc/Bordeaux region.
