Hello,

I am looking for a long-term rental (apt F1/F2 or other, depends on the place!). I have been living in the USA for ~11 years and will be coming back to France (scary...!) late October 2008. I am a scientits, honest, always paid on time, responsible and I take care of the place I live in. I am looking for a place to rent nearby the CEA on the plateau of Saclay, pretty open about the exact location but not too far from work.

Here's my ideal place, if you have anything that resembles any or all of these characteristics please contact me! (I checked nearly all 'desired features' (desired as 'would be wonderful' but I could live without)

- minimum space: 1 bedroom, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 big room (that could be the living area basically)
- a washer either in the apartment or in the building
- light, spacious feeling (even if it's not), clean
- hardwood floor
- little garden or balcony (i.e. easy access to private outdoors) or alternatively a big common park
- close to RER B
