€375pm-large room offer in big house-25 minutes into Paris by train-16 June

Lovely large house with lots of room and very light in the suburb of Paris. 25 minutes by train into Gare de Lyon. The house is well situated with a large garden, a river that runs in front of it and a huge forest behind it. There is a 10 minute brisk walk to the station(gets the heart pumping). I'm looking for a non-smoker as I've a chest problem.
You need to be female as you'll be sharing with a medical doctor from Holland and a vet from America.

Your room has a wardrobe, desk and bed in it. One bathroom between the 3 of you. The house and room is very clean and I'm looking for a tidy, discreet and independent person. You'll have access to wi-fi, laundry facilities etc.

I'm looking for a deposit of €375 and 1 month rent in advance of €375. If you think you fit the bill please send me an email.
